It has been just one month into 2024 and Cerebrum DAO is already making significant strides in its efforts towards accelerating solutions and cures to neurodegeneration and advancing brain longevity. From the token design and launch strategy to onboarding more team members, read through for a run-down of what has been achieved so far in each Working Group.
The Coordination and Awareness Working Group is dedicated to overseeing the operations and governance of Cerebrum DAO. At the forefront of structuring the DAO and its associated products, this group assumes responsibility for guiding the direction of Cerebrum DAO and formulating strategic plans for its future endeavours.
Within the past month, here’s what the Coordination and Operations Working Group worked on.
The design of the Cerebrum DAO token.
The Cerebrum DAO token launch strategy and positioning.
The Tokenomics squad estimates that commitment forms will be released in February, while the token will be launched sometime between the end of February and the first few weeks in March.
DAO structure and tooling updates.
Operations within the DAO will run even more smoothly as the Working Group has successfully implemented several updates to the structure and tools of the DAO. These upgrades include the integration of Asana into the DAO workflow to enhance the efficiency of the Dealflow process.
Dealflow is now being led by Heloise & Mark from the Neuroscience Dealflow Working Group.
The Notion board was also updated with a meeting structure to facilitate smoother meetings every week across Working Groups.
New Cerebrum DAO pitchdecks.The Working Group crafted specialized Cerebrum DAO pitch decks tailored to suit specific potential ecosystem partners. Whether it's researchers, contributors, or those seeking a general introduction, these decks are designed to effectively communicate the value proposition and vision of Cerebrum DAO.
This Working Group drives community involvement and understanding of Cerebrum DAO's mission, fostering collaboration and growth while keeping stakeholders engaged.
